Mazuma Credit Union - Raymore

Worst bank I have ever used. Avoid at all costs! Nothing but trouble! I had an auto loan with mazuma, the car was stolen and totalled so obviously after the car no longer existed I didn't continue insurance coverage. Mazuma tried to charge me to insure NOTHING and then after months of battling with them to reverse insurance chargesand being told it had been taken care of 3 times only to find out it hadn't they tried to charge me $1700 without being able to explain what the charge was. All with ZERO late or missed payments. If that's how they do business they should be OUT of business.
