I gave one star for the service from the cashier, otherwords I would of not rated at all!!! I purchased 2 mocha lattes and they were only 1/2-3/4 full. When I approached management she told me that the black line was the fill line (the black line says ice) and that she would not fill it anymore! Therefore I requested my money back! She was rude and said I had to wait, she was busy! have a picture but don’t have a way to post! Grrrr
