I've changed my eye specialist/Dr, & am I ever glad I did!!
It has been my experience w McKnights that they overbook their patients, I've spent anywhere from 2-4 hours there for an exam, it was so frustrating!!
I really feel sorry for the elders who go there, I've sat next to them in the lobby, as well as the other "holding area" & listened to their complaints...they are diabetic & in need of lunch, or incontinent, or just plain tired and want to go home for a nap. I've heard them complain to staff, but obviously falls on deaf ears, as McKnights still overbooks their patients.
I'm glad I have a new eye Dr., my appt last week took approx 1 hour, start to finish...very professional staff & the Dr takes the time to explain things & answer any questions.
