Metro Imaging St. Peters

Unbelievable that all we needed was a copy of the MRI on a disc so that my wife could go see a neurologist. Called for 3 days, never received a call back. She even sent email requests, never received a response. Just 30 seconds on the phone and I was told the disc was ready. Why couldn't someone take the 30 seconds to return the call or email?
