I have used this bank for almost 20 years and their service continues to deteriorate. Using their online Bill Pay is unreliable. Tried setting it up in bill pay so I could transfer money to another bank but NASB's bill pay service will only send a check to the other bank so it takes 7 to 10 business days from the time I submit the transaction for my money to get to the other bank even though the service deducts the money from my account immediately. I can send a check by snail-mail myself and it takes 3 days for the check to reach it's destination. Having the bank run the transfer costs $10 for sending the money, then the receiving bank charges $15 to accept the money. It's hard to believe that in this technology rich world we live in a bank cannot have it so a customer can transfer money from one bank to another. The customer service people used to go out of their way to try and help out a customer but those days are long gone. Now you get an apology for the trouble you are having but no resolution at all.
