I have had an unfavorable experience with this organization. I called to have a wheel repaired and was told that if I did not hear anything that day that I would be hearing something in the form of scheduling the following day. I did not get a call the following day. I just figured hey strike 1. So I called back because I really wanted to get my wheel repaired. Again I got the same response only it seemed their was a heightened sense of urgency central to my request. I left the call feeling I was going to get someone to call me and schedule a site visit. Well I was wrong Strike 2. I called again today only to experience no one answering the call. I left a voicemail and stated my position, which is to go to yelp and BBB to file a complaint about the amateur service I have received (Strike 3). Maybe you will have better luck than me. Just sharing my unfavorably memorable experience.
