I went through my HWA and they set me up with Pat's Appliances. They called very fast a couple times while I was at work the next day to try to set up an appointment. They came on a Saturday assessed the problem with my washer and dryer, told me about the parts that they needed to order and that the parts should in on Tuesday and they will probably come on Wednesday or Thursday to install. That was last week!!! A strange thing, he told me to change the name on my pre written check for Pat's Appliances to his personal name??? ... I have left 3 messages to get an status on the parts on the phone they called me on and no one will call me back. I Google searched and found the company number and the number no longer is in service. I will call my HWA and ask them if they seen these reviews???? and see if they could send someone else with a better track record...
