PierMagic Foundation Specialists

I would highly recommend PierMagic. Part of our foundation where the sewer line exits the house had been under cut by previous owners. PierMagic came in and supported the affected area in a fairly quick time frame and for less than I had expected to pay. Almost a year later I finally took down some things they had left in place so the concrete could dry only to discover an apparent crack in the sewer line where they had been working. I called them up to complain and expected them to fix it. They were quite courteous and sent someone out to have a look. After a brief investigation it turns out I was wrong and in my poorly lit basement I mistook mold lines on the pipe for a crack, something that if I had investigate more thoroughly I would have been able to figure out on my own. While the issue was my fault PierMagic was professional about it the whole time, not once did they try to get out of responsibility or blame me the situation as I tend to expect from companies. Not only that but the representative that came out was respectful and never made me feel bad or guilty about my obvious mistake.
