Pizza by the Chef - Hollister

They have great food! It's such a nice quiet place. Nice service! Kinda expensive, but it's good food! I love coming here and love that they have more than pizza to offer!

Shame on me... I thought that Pizza By The Chef was the same across the board so the menu I got excited for was not the menu I had access to. One by one my choices were shot down and I settled on a ceaser salad. They make their own there so the salad dressing was mainly vinegar and oil so I opted to eat it dry. My wife got the veggie pizza. the bell peppers weren't really chopped into manageable bites. The taste was decent overall. Would not visit a second time though. Looking forward to the other location for the fuller menu.
