Pizza Hut

Won't deliver. We put in a delivery order online and filled out all the correct info and this store cancelled our order after supposedly delivering to the wrong house with no response (wasn't us) and no answer on the phone (not my phone number). They have previously tried to deliver to my brother even though we gave our info (I had an account online) and have failed to get the order right the last three times at least. (I always give them an undeserving excuse). The pizza is usually cold and takes three times as long to get it as Papa John's (which is basically across the street) and both are just a few miles from my house. Both the store and the call center acted if it were my fault. It was. I ordered from Pizza Hut. Why would I expect to get a pizza in under an hour if ever at all. I've learned from my mistake. Got to call Poppa John's. Wish there was a Domino's close or that Little Ceasar's delivered. You have been warned. Don't make the same mistake if you want to actually get the pizza you ordered or a pizza at all. Poppa John's called after I made this order to them to inform me they had trainees working and part of our order had to be remade. Just wanting to ensure we got our oder the way it was supposed to be. It arrived with in 10 mins. Of that phone. Less than a half hour from our original order time. That is how you do quality control. Better ingredients, better pizza. Poppa John's.

Order was not correct but the driver made up for it went and got the correct 2 liter bottle of pop and brought it back to us he is the reason why they are getting a 5 star review otherwise it'd be one star
