Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Did not ask if order was togo or dine in. I ordered a 2 piece mixed and 3 chicken tenders and didn't get the tenders instead got 3 piece mixed. Only got one biscuit ordered 2. Had red bean and rice sauce was all over the outside and they just tossed it in the bag sideways so more could leak out. Had to wait about 15 min to get my food but they had half of my order just sitting on the counter while waiting about 10min to finish cooking whatever they where cooking. Person taking orders was very quiet could barley hear her talking.
