Awesome experience. My car only had 3000 miles on it when a young driver crossed 3 lanes of traffic and hit me. No injuries but I was upset that my new car would never be the same. The staff at Ricks were very caring and assured me that things would be fixed right with a lifetime guarantee. I knew silver was a hard color to match but the repair matched perfectly. All the gap were perfect. Five stars is not enough. Thanks Ricks

I should have gone somewhere else. Horrible service with improper repair, sub-par work, and worst of all, incorrect parts installed on my car. Involved longer than expected rental time and several return trips. When asked by staff to come in for delivery the car was in fact not completed. Finally the insurance company suggested I go elsewhere...I did and you should too.
