Korina did a great job on my highlights and took the time to ask questions about what I wanted. Korina made it easy for me to explain what I liked and didnt like. Korina made sure to let me know that if I wasnt happy with how my hair turned out she would fix it. My color turned out exactly as I wanted and Korina made sure I was satisfied with the color before leaving the salon. Part of being satisfied comes from being able to verbalize what you want. If you are not satisfied then speak up. Beauticians are not mind readers. If you want a mind reader Korina is not your girl but if you want someone who asks questions and listens and wants to make your hair look good then give Korina a shot.
