The professional services are great. Dr. Schaller and the hygienists (Stacy, especially) are always kind and courteous. However, the front desk receptionist has become quite curt and rude in the last 6 months. I do not know if I did something to upset her (I hope not), but she cuts me off when I speak and nearly hangs up on me (I'll be mid-sentence and she will say, "Okay, bye-bye" and then hangs up before I finish my sentence or have time to say goodbye). It has happened often enough that I get the impression she would like for me to select another dental provider. If that is the case, she has succeeded. All 3 members of my family are switching to another dentist.
