The owner/instructor Ms. Toy is absolutely wonderful and tuition at Second Chance Career Academy is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than tuition at any other cosmetology school in the St. Louis area. Anyone looking into cosmetology school should definitely consider Second Chance. You do not need to have attended another cosmetology school previously or anything like that. The only prerequisite is a high school diploma or GED as mandated by the Missouri Board of Cosmetology and Barbering Examiners.
