The Absolute best facility in Franklin County! They really care about their residents and it feels like one big family. Also has an AMAZING therapy team that is really good at helping people get strong enough to get back home. The staff at St. Clair Nursing Center are some of the most compassionate people I've ever met! If you or your loved one are looking for a great nursing facility, GO HERE, you'll be glad that you did!
