I have seen Dr. Mattox for back and neck pain for just a few months and have continuously been impressed from the moment I first made an appointment. Everyone is friendly, caring, and will do whatever it takes to make sure the patient comes first. The entire process has been well thought out and is executed flawlessly. I've never sat in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes. Their payment plans are flexible and I've never felt financially stressed about paying. Their technology is modern: the ability to request an appointment on their website, automatic appointment reminders sent to my e-mail address, digital X-Ray equipment, not to mention any of their treatment equipment. The office is very clean and has a comfortably open layout. As far as the treatment itself, Dr. Mattox uses a variety of techniques specific to my body to adjust my back and neck, in addition to the treatment equipment. My pain level has dropped to 2 or 1, and some days even 0. My range of motion has significantly increased. I’m finding that even everyday movements, like turning my head while driving, are much easier to do now.
