St. Louis Car Wash

This place is poorly run. It's obvious that they want to keep it nice for customers, but on my visit this weekend, a big car wash weekend after so many weeks of salty roads, I noticed a couple things that don't take a lot to fix, just a moment of customer-focused thought. 1) at least one bay was out of service, but only marked with a 3x3 note on the machine. For pete's sake, cone the bay off or post a bigger sign. 2) all change machines out of service. Really? At a self-serve car wash on their biggest weekend of the year? At least post a sign about the center bay that takes cash and card, I went all the way home to dig for quarters, and came back, but could've just as soon gone elsewhere. I wound up in a bay with a leaky overhead joint spraying sticky soap all over me, stepping over a large pile (dozens of gallons no joke) of road salt that had been pushed off to the side. I want to give a lower star rating, but my car is clean... so...

Everything works nicely, times are reasonably priced also.
