SUBWAY®Restaurants

I was very unhappy with the customer service. I had a coupon for a 6" sub at $2.99, I had gone to a different subway earlier and they would not honor this coupon with a salad. I called this Subway and asked if they would take the coupon, I was told yes, but there would be a $1.75 extra charge. When I got there it was a different story, after some time they worked gave in and made my salad. He seemed very put out, and made a sighing sound with every ingredient. I realized this request was not normal, had I not called and gotten prior permission, this review would not have been written.
