Do not go to Tiger Express Wash if you have a car 5 years or older. My mom went to the Lake St Louis location for a wash and the kid that was power washing the car before going through the wash hit her mirror breaking the glass and knocking off the mirror. After it happened she was told to pull around and fill out an incident report. She was told a manager was there but was too busy to help her at the moment. Not an hour later she was called to be told over the phone that the company would not pay for the damages because the car was older than 5 years.
