The Trails at the Ridge

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lived here for ONE year. First, let’s start with the triple murder. 3 people were shot and killed in the apartment 2 stories upstairs from me and a week later they moved people in there. THE BUGS. No roaches, but the seal on the door allowed many spiders and other critters into the apartment. Thank goodness we had a special spray. Maintenance is VERY SLOW and there’s always someone fighting or some crazy drama happening. Moved out as soon as I could.

Small and they are very over priced you can pay your rent on time but if you don't pay insurance once they will still start eviction and you will have to pay over $300 in court cost... The walls are paper thin you can hear everything from neighbors closing cabinets to arguing to going in and out of apartment all hours of the night. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
