True Clean Carpet

Luke showed up on time, extremely courteous, and did a first rate job in a timely manner. This is the second time we have used True Clean and will definitely use them again.

Have raved about this company and recommended them since the first time we used them - this time, not so much. The tech showed up 15 minutes early at 9:45am, which was great - Pleasant guy - Soaking wet with sweat, but whatever, its 100 degrees outside. He cleaned approx 1800 sq foot of carpet in about an hour - no issues there, my carpet wasn't overly dirty. The reason I always liked this company is because of what they do after the clean..The fans on the carpet and the raking to make sure the carpet dried quickly, correctly and looked great. This guy didn't do either, and when I asked him why, he said his carpet rake was broken and there weren't any to use. As he left, I called the office and explained my concerns...The lady was more interested in explaining to me why dryers aren't used sometimes...So I asked her why they listed dryers and the raking as an integral part of their service and if that was true, why I was charged full price without that part of the service. She then wanted to offer to call back in a couple hours to see if the carpet had dried, I told her I wasn't interested in that option and that I wanted to have someone come back out to rake the carpet and perform the services I paid for. I would like to think I wouldn't have had to ask for this to be offered. So the same tech comes back out 15 minutes later with a magically effective rake and does the carpet. But then proceeds to walk all over the raked sections as he's doing it. What's the point of getting the carpet to stand up straight to dry faster and in the correct position (as they say this makes there process superior) if you're just going to walk all over it again? Pretty Disappointing to have to ask for regular service to be performed as an "extra" when you're paying for it upfront.
