This place is all talk and no action. I bought a 'buy one get one free' phone on Nov 4th 2016. Since that day I've been charged for the free phone and it's been non-stop excuses on why I have not received any credit. Every time I call it's another excuse. "The original salesman no longer works there." "My manger is on vacation." "The district manager is on vacation." "The credits were sent. . . but now they're lost." Etc. Worse, every time they promise to check on it and get back with me and I've never received a follow-up call. Go to a Verizon company store and skip this place.
