This process with veterans united made it easy for me to upload documents and check the status of pending notifications that i may have missed. Emails was efficient and effective while keeping me informed of any errors that i may have made in the process.The phone lines was mostly always available whenever i called in for a question or concern. I am happy that i chose veterans united because they really took care of me even though i am a veteran.
