If I could give this place a "0" for poor management I would! You don't reprimand one of your employees when you have customers. You also don't talk to that same employee saying they can't have a few minutes to spare when they have a family issue going on. I am and have been a manager for a long time now. I would NEVER do what this manager did. I have no problem confronting people like him but I unfortunately had my two children with me!
On another note, I had great customer service from the three employees that were working! I give them 5 stars! Thank you!
