We have lived her little over a year now and we'll they have done NOTHING to help fix a long list of things that were needed to be done.
Our back patio is collapsing in you can actually see and feel the concrete move as you walk.
The basement window has been busted through since we walked in that was suppose to be fixed when we moved in. Well it now is flooding from the foundation that is coming from under the back patio flooding our basement EVERYTIME it rains.
Our chimney also leaks when it rains thatStill isn't fixed.
Our screen door has had problems since we moved in and still not fixed, it's latch is broke so it doesn't lock all the time.
We are lucky enough to have a person that knows how to fix things. So if you want to move here just know some one who can help with fixing things because they don't help or listen to us here. Moving next year once a place is available!!!
