Had I blow out 7 miles down the road from them, on my trailer. I pulled in the parking lot at 5:03pm as the employees were starting to walk to their cars, and they just kept on walking. Guess I should have drove faster on the rim so I could have gotten there 3 MINUTES earlier!!!! Worst part is I have bought 10 tires in the last year from them.... guess customer service is something they don't care about anymore.
