Walker's Collision Repair

Did a good job on the repair, but they kept the car an extra day! I had the appointment for a week, got there ON TIME, yet they didn't begin the repairs until the NEXT DAY. I didn't get a rental car because they said it'd be done in 48 hours! I chose them because they are on my insurance companies list of "preferred" repair shops. I was told they give my company PRIORITY SERVICE and would QUICKLY repair my vehicle. I am VERY disappointed with their scheduling. I will not being taking my second vehicle to them.
