Very disappointed with the fact that Walmart doesn't back up up the products they sell on their own website. I hoped to return items to store and keep the money in their own profits but, NO WAY! Have to contact seller and go through hassle of mailing multiple packages, therefore having to pay postage more than once on same products. I will never be ordering from there again. I am in a wheelchair with no transportation of my own. Had to use bus for elderly & disabled just to get to the store itself. I am so upset that I plan to do ALL my shopping elsewhere from now on
This is in response to some pretty horrible auto care time management service. I arrived at the auto service at 8:42 AM on a Saturday. When I pulled up to the auto care side there were only three cars outside where everyone parks for service. So I thought awesome I can go in and buy some groceries and get my one tire changed. So I go in and they have my low profile tire that I ordered from the day prior. The young lady checks me in and then gives me the standard slip for service. I come back an hour and 5 minutes later after strolling and buying the few groceries. To only find out that my car hadn’t even been in yet. So I sit down and wait for another 10 min. I then get up to ask the young lady if there were appointments in front of me and she said they didn’t do appointments on Saturday. So I ask why are there cars in front of mine that weren’t out there when I pulled up. No kidding she looks at me and says we have some oil appointments. I kindly tell her I understand that and that when I came in they had four cars in the tire bay and one in the oil bay. With a red car that had just pulled up before I did to have an oil changed. At this exact moment the young man standing next to her doesn’t say anything leaves and as I’m still talking to the young lady my car miraculously gets pulled in. I'm still waiting two hours plus and counting. I'll update this post when I'm finished with my service.
