I have never reviewed anything, but feel inclined to do so for Watson's in St. Charles. The staff was incredibly helpful when we were looking for a new sofa and recliner on Black Friday, especially our salesperson, Jeff Malloy. We said we needed the sofa and chair before the holidays and they delivered as promised. When we received it, however, there was a tag attached that claimed it was an "as is floor model." We called about it the day after Christmas and, without skipping a beat, Cliff told me they would deliver a new set the next day. We were not expecting that! Unbelievable service, would absolutely recommend to our family and friends!
