Put my money in (non refundable) and then the hose creaked open. Moved to a different stall and washed my truck. Left a voicemail at the business' number and advised them of the defective equipment and my wasted $7. I know it's $7, but I never got a call back and out of principle, that's unprofessional, not to mention the dry rotted hose that should have been replaced a long time ago. Too bad, it seemed like a nice place. I shouldn't have had to spend a total of $17 on a car wash.
