I was impressed with the vets, they knew their limitations when a serious health concern arose. The front desk staff, not so much. And, since talking to and working with front desk staff is unpleasant and the vets are limited in their equipment and experience; I will gladly now drive an extra 30 minutes for better treatment of our furry babies, and of us.
