Absolutely no customer service. Walked in to pick up an online order, the two associates who were marking clearance items said absolutely nothing to me, did not even acknowledge that I was there. 3 more customers came in after I did and were greeted, asked if they could be helped etc, meanwhile I am standing at the checkout counter waiting to pick up my order. It was not until another customer was trying to pick up her order that anyone even asked if they could help me. All in all I spent about 15 minutes with no help and extremely unfriendly service once I was helped. Will never be back nor recommend this store to others. Would have rather drove the extra few minutes to the Carters store in Chesterfield.
