Terrible service in the pharmacy. Mercedes is so rude and clearly seems to hate her job. Wasn't sure if I needed to pick up a prescription so I said no in the drive thru but got a call 1 minute later to go ahead and get the meds so I pull right around the building to the drive thru again just to be told that the meds have already been put back and I will have to wait 20 minutes for it to be refilled. Mind you this was less than 3 minutes since I left the drive thru the first time. When I asked if/why it would take so long Mercedes rudely replied with terrible body language to accompany the words "well we have other people waiting for stuff inside". I have a hard time believing that the meds had already been completely put away but whatever. I've worked retail and she clearly has had zero customer service training. We will be switching pharmacies asap.
