He was very personable and patient and took the time to explain to us all the security equipment options and capabilities and answered our questions. He showed us how to set up the monitors and demonstrated the various features. He helped us set up the ADT pulse App on our I-phones. He did a thorough assessment of the risks in our house and installed a great security system to meet our needs. When my husband arrived home later that evening Paul took the time to walk him through the security system that was installed, and helped him set up his ADT pulse App and answered all his questions. Paul stayed late in the evening to be sure my husband understood the security system and features and was set up to use the ADT pulse App. Paul did an excellent job!
