I originally had a complaint/bad review about this company because of my experience with them. To my surprise they sent me a certified letter with a full refund and a sincere apology. Although what happened the first time wasn't right... The fact that they went out of their way to make it better is very impressive to me. Thank you Mailbox Plus!
