Called last year and had a very positive experience; responsive, good work.
Called last week to schedule another home repair and he was supposed to come Wednesday morning, 11/15. Had someone sit at my house waiting from him and he did not come. Eventually he called back and said he’s be there in the afternoon; still never came. Called him that evening to see what the problem was; left a voicemail and 24 hours later, still no call back. So much for the good service from last year.
