Raytown Police Department

Someone hit my parked car and my insurance needed a report so I called them and they said get her license plate and insurance info and bring it to the station so I did and they wouldn’t take a report when I got there because I didn’t have the other person with me and the other car. Ridiculous because now she isn’t there anymore and I can’t make a report now. And the officer was very rude about it.
