Horrible place to work as a lumper. If you cannot find a job or are a felon you're almost guaranteed to get a job. It is very hard to make more than six or seven dollars an hour they are not required to pay minimum wage as you are a general contractor on 1099 while working there as a lumper. You get paid by the job not by the hour so if you are extremely extremely extremely fast paced worker do not mind working inside of a refrigerator literally then this job can be for you. Starting time is 4 a.m. and you may not leave until 5 p.m. they do have some benefits as in insurance some type of overtime and vacation after one year but if you have any type of intelligence this job is not for you. Like I said expect to make anywhere between 5 and $8 an hour but being that you can get 80 hours a week yes you can make $800 in a week just do not expect to have a life other than Schnucks life they will work you like a dog and s*** on your face good luck you will need it at that hell hole
