Shatto Milk Company

Went to the farm today to sample cheeses, ice cream and see where our milk was coming from. Great milk but the cheese was not good. Ice cream was ok but wish we were offered samples to try. We had to buy a dishes of ice cream to try it. The farm was having a milk delivery day going on so there were other vendors with free samples. They were great. Trip would have been a bust if they did not have them. The clerk at their store was very slow. The little store they have was packed with people but most were waiting in the line. We finally got to the checkout and figured out why the line was so long. We will continue to buy Shatto's milk but the going to the farm again was not fun.

They do not understand what "fresh cheese curds" means and insist that they are still fresh weeks after they are made.
