Volume Mart

Took my tv in for warranty work and was told he was a dealer for Emerson. Days go by and I had to call and see what was going on. He made up a story about how Emerson was not getting back in contact with him and that I should call. I call Emerson and turns out he is not a dealer or certified to work on their equipment. Went to pick up my tv and had to pay $60 because he said Emerson does not pay for labor. He didn't even look at my tv and just made up a story on what was wrong with it. Do not take your tv to this place. He literally did nothing.

Took my 52 inch Samsung tv in, and told them I wanted a new panel put in. I paid the 60 fee they require, and leave. Couple weeks later, I call and they tell me they are having trouble finding the part, and that they would give me a call in a few days. Another couple weeks go by, and I call them. They cant find my tv over the phone, so I drive there to be told they still have no luck on the part, because he hasnt had the time to do the in depth research to find it? And he would call me the next day. ANOTHER couple WEEKS later, I call. He said he tried to put a t-com switch in the tv to see if that would fix it, and it doesnt. This must justify the $60 fee I paid, on a part I didnt want replaced. I was so tired of the games, I picked my tv up and was informed there was no refunds on labor. Seriously??? Then he says, I have some brand new tvs for just around $1,000.00! This is not a good local business, and should be replaced, or have someone run it that takes their customers more serious. In waiting time, my tv was there almost 3 months. They called me not ONE time, and took $60 of mine over some MADE UP labor charge. Would recommend that anyone else take it to a bigger business. All these jerks will do is take your money and tell you they have a new tv.
